Service Fees

Depending on the repair and service center requirements, evaluation fees, handling fees, or return shipping fees may apply. Any applicable fees will always be communicated and approved before service is performed.

Warranty Limitations:

The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, batteries, watch straps or bracelets, crystal or cosmetic damage, damage caused by accidents or misuse,water damage beyond the manufacturer’s rated depth, unauthorized repairs or modifications,

Warranty service applies only to watches purchased directly from Endless Time, and proof of purchase may be required.
